This occurred in Dnepropetrovsk (called "Dnipro city" on by the original poster of the video) in the Ukraine. The video was posted on Youtube on January 29th, but the incident may have happened a day or so earlier.

We have had this posted at the main Christogenea website for awhile under the title Liberalism With the Mask Off, but it also belongs here. Ursula von der Leyen, a German politician, is the current President of the European Commission. From 2005 through 2019, she held various positions in Angela Merkel's cabinet.
The Talmud is the most evil ancient book in existence. It promotes the concept of seven genders, it allows for sexual relationships with children as young as three years of age, it allows for certain acts of Sodomy, and it calls such things "nothing", meaning that they are not to be prosecuted. The Talmud also disparages Jesus Christ, mocks Him and His mother, and openly advocates that all non-Jews should be stripped of their property and enslaved by Jews.
Now once this is understood, the reasons for the condition of Europe these past few decades should also be understood. This is purposeful. It is not a coincidence. The end result of Liberalism is Judaism, and Judaism is the root of Humanism. As we said several years ago, In the End, there are only Jews or Nazis.

There is surely no nation in the world that holds "racism" in greater horror than does the United States. Compared to other kinds of offenses, it is thought to be somehow more reprehensible. The press and public have become so used to tales of murder, rape, robbery, and arson, that any but the most spectacular crimes are shrugged off as part of the inevitable texture of American life. "Racism" is never shrugged off. For example, when a white Georgetown Law School student reported earlier this year that black students are not as qualified as white students, it set off a booming, national controversy about "racism." If the student had merely murdered someone he would have attracted far less attention and criticism.
We can hardly approve of much of their work, but here The Kinks aptly describe the state of Britain today.
